3. Ticket Sales and Fees

3.1. Out N About provides a platform for event organisers to sell tickets. When purchasing tickets through our App, you agree to the following:

3.2. Ticketing Fees: We charge a non-refundable ticketing fee for each ticket purchased through our platform. This fee is separate from the ticket price set by the event organiser and is not refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.

3.3. Refunds: Refunds for tickets are subject to the refund policy of the event organiser. If you require information on the refund policy of an event, please contact the event organizer directly. Out N About is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Use of the Service

4.1. You agree to use the Out N About App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App:

4.1.1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4.1.2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

4.1.3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Out N About, an Out N About employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4.2. Monitoring and Responsibility:

4.2.1. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor communications and content within the App. This includes user-generated content and interactions between users and event organizers.

4.2.2. While we may monitor content to ensure compliance with these Terms, Out N About is not responsible for the behaviour, actions, or content posted by users or event organisers. Each user and event organiser is individually responsible for their behaviour and any content they upload or share within the App.

4.2.3. If you encounter any issues, including inappropriate behaviour or content, or have concerns about another user or event organiser, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation accordingly.

5. User Content

5.1. By submitting any content (including, but not limited to, text, images, and videos) to the Out N About App, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works of your content.

5.2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Out N About is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2. Out N About shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

6.2.1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

6.2.2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

6.2.3. Any content obtained from the Service; and

6.2.4. Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. External Links

7.1. The App may contain links to external websites or content provided by event organizers or other users. These links are provided for your convenience, and you choose to access them at your own risk.

7.2. We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content of external websites or resources linked within the App. Accessing any external links is at your discretion, and we are not liable for any issues that arise from your use of such external content.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1. We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. The most current version of the Terms will govern your use of the Service and will always be available in our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

9.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
